How come episode 3, 6 and 8 show as Paid on my account history for the Last Kingdom, but the rest of them are listed as free?

I just checked on my Mum's old account. I clicked on episodes 1x7 & 1x8, and no points were deducted. My account says 0 for cost. Does your account show the number of points deducted or does it say "Paid"? If it shows that points were deducted, you need to send a PM to lbjedward (that's LBJEDWARD - in all lowercase) for reimbursement.
