Hi. I've registered on both - set up a VIP account and a new friends vista account. I added F$ to the FV account but It didn't automatically show on my VIPTV account so I can't exchange. Any help appreciated thanks.

You don't have to register on both as the accounts are linked and I'm guessing you have different user names on both so use your FV details on VIP to get your F$

Codebreaker is correct. You only need one account, as the sites are connected, and whichever account you purchased F$ under is the one you need to log into on VIPTV. Then you need to go into your account and convert your F$ into points. If you have any other difficulties or questions, please feel free to post here in the forum.
