Hi Jane, it's probably been a while since you bought F$ but you can make payment via PayPal (which you can have linked to your mastercard) using the first method described here

Oh Crap, I just re-read the special offers page and I buggered it up. I sent a $45 gift card. Oh Well, I will just have to wait and see what happens......LOL I knew I'd stuff it up. There's always pro-rata. Hope lbjedward@gmail.com is good at maths. LOL

New CC portal sucks and looks really dodgy, love VIP TV service but cant get any F$ using the current payment method.

 

Please provide better payment system, current downloading TV shows via torrents.

I'm having the same problem - Money was taken from my bank account but I received no confirmation and no points! I have emailed lbjedward twice now without any response! Is there another way to complain or have my money refunded??

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has created for you. Since you have emailed Ibjedward twice about the situation he will respond to you and fix the issue at hand. Please be aware that he is based in China and there is a time difference involved. What was the date of your initial purchase?

Thanks. The original purchase for $20 was on 22/10/14 and payment was taken on 27/10/14 by CS@LIGHTCASTLE.CO.CHINA. I have emailed lbjedward 3 times now on 26/10/14, 28/10/14 and 01/11/14... still NO RESPONSE! This is turning into a bit of a joke...?!

I'm sorry it's taking so long, and that you've had to wait. I have just sent an email to LBJ on your behalf. He should get it when he checks his inbox when he wakes up. Hopefully that will help get your problem sorted out.

Tried using this new direct payment method using Paypal, and everything worked perfectly. Thanks everyone, from a long-time VIPTV.NET (and previous versions), as I'm still on board. To all other users, everything's still working great.
