I wasn't credited my $F!!!! Please help!!!

I wasn't credited my $F!!!! Please help!!!

I purchased 20 dollars worth of F dollars, and my bank account WAS charged, but I never got the credit. When I emailed services (the payment email), they said they didn't know what I was talking about?!  HELP!!!!

Please send an email with your purchase information to our Admin at lbjedward@gmail.com, that is LBJEDWARD, but all lowercase. Some have mistaken the first letter, thus my clarification.
