I had a look at their profile and they haven't been here since the day they registered and like you said there are other sites but in my opinion this is the only one that has shows from the start and not just the last season

Moderators do not have the ability to delete someone's account. If you don't use the site, no one sends out emails or bothers you, so I don't really know what the problem is. You could send a PM to our Admin, lbjedward, asking him to delete your account. Barring that, I, or another of the moderators can ban your account from the site.
