Hi,
Thank you every body who read my messages last time and helped me to get everything working - but the machine is doing it again.
If I click on an episode (in the vip section) eg mentalist - a new page comes up and in the bottom corner it says done (and does not show the usual % of who much has loaded on), the advice last time was to click on a little R in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
That worked well at the time - but now when the page appears I get a message 'done' - and no little R - so there is nothing I can do,
When you open the episode you will see an address across the top of the screen. Copy this address. Open realplayer separately and go to File => New => New Web Browser and paste the address in here. You can then watch it from here or click on the R to watch in Realplayer mode again.

Try a clean uninstall of realplayer and then reinstall it. Sounds like a realplayer issue.
