For some reason 'Bones Season 4 Episode 12' has it in for me. I never used to have problems watching Bones episodes. However, I've been losing points trying to watch this particular episode. I've written to Ibjedward and my lost points were refunded, however, this morning I discovered I had lost a whopping 38 points and I haven't even gone above the 30 clicks in a 24hr period rule. I'm upset. Sent an email to Ibjedward already. Hope he comes through. Oh and I still haven't been able to watch the episode...go figure Thanks for letting me vent. Alright Folks, I've had it!! I'm going to stay away from this site until this problem is fixed. I got my lost points refunded yesterday and was advised to watch shows in realplayer to reduce the number of times I clicked on the servers. Well as you can see from my log, I haven't clicked more than 7 times and I lost 14 points in total. (that's not counting the 2 points I lost the day before which I'd already given up). I still have not been able to watch the show because it absolutely refuses to load for more than 58 - 60%. Oh and I've tried all the suggestions. I can't watch episodes 13 and 14 until I've watched episode 12. I've sent a PM to Ibjedward to refund my lost points but I won't be using them until this problem is fixed. I never used to have this much trouble watching shows. I also have to say a big thank you to Ibjedward. He's been wonderful (I'm assuming he's a he and not a she..lol). I really don't think so. According to ibjedward, it's system bug that (hopefully should) get sorted when the video demand software is upgraded in May. Tried watching again on the 16th and was charged 4 points for 2 clicks. I'm going to have to be patient..

I do not understand all the clicks though.... If you are playing in real player and get an error....(not the 1st player but the separate one opened by clicking on the icon and choosing play in real player) All you have to do is hit stop and play again. I can go through multiple errors and connection issues and only click on the show I want to watch Once..After that all you do is work with the real player.

LOL., I've been on the site for 2 years now so, no matter how many times I click, I know not to click more than 30 times in 24 hours. Actually never had to get to that point. My clicks come from trying both servers. Most times the UK server works better for me. However of recent, neither server has been working and it's been confirmed, the fault's not from my end. Anyway, Ibjedward says the scheduled upgrade in May has been moved forward to next month. Makes being patient a little easier

When you sent the PM did you click on the box that said "Save a copy in outbox"? If so, then it won't have actually gotten to lbjedward. There's a glitch in the system and if you tick that box, the PM doesn't actually go. So see if it's stuck in the outbox tab. It should be in your tracking tab if it has gone.

I was having issues with playing some shows and they didn't play . It took me a few trys then I thought I would reinstall the real player I am using windows 7 but I wonder if I need a computer for other reasons. shows play on my netbook (mini dell 10) but my home laptop things didn't work out well. Hi, I have lost about 20 points in recent weeks also... maybe more? For certain I lost points on the newest episodes of Weeds and Entourage yesterday, the US Flash streams come up as "stream not found" repeatedly and I had to go to the Real stream. I've had the same issue with other shows for the last month. There is no need to post again about an issue you already raised in the Error Report thread. As it happens, the episode HAS been sorted. In order to receive reimbursement, you need to send a PM to lbjedward with the affected part of your viewing history - the link is in post #1 of this thread. It is not enough to simply post in here.

You can check your tracking in PM to see if it has been read, if it's Bold it hasn't been read but if you saved a copy then it hasn't been sent because there is a glitch in the system

Hi I've sent several messages about lost points in the last couple months but haven't received a reply from lbjedward. I saved all the messages to my outbox in case somehow they got lost. Can someone check and see if he's MIA or maybe I'm going about it wrong, I am not sure what the problem is. Thanks in advance

You've explained the problem without even knowing it. If you save to outbox, the message does not get sent. It's a glitch in the system that we have mentioned before (but is often missed). You don't need to save the message. You can use tracking to see if messages have been received and opened. If they are in bold type, they have not been opened yet. Try resending your messages without saving copies to your outbox.

Hi there, I am not able to get these following shows easily. I managed to stream all of Greys Anatomy and The Office last night, but as you can see I tried many times and spend many points for nothing. I aslo cant get Fringe and I have tried many times. I have tried the american and european stream, real audio and flash--but no luck. Usually I never have a problem so I dont think its on my end of things. It is not sufficient to post in this thread. If you read post #1, you will see that you need to send a PM to lbjedward to receive reimbursement. Also, for future reference, where it says Paid - you have not been charged again. That shows you paid the first time you clicked on the episode. NOTE: When sending a PM, do NOT tick the "Save copy to outbox" as the message will only send to your outbox. You can see when your message has been sent by checking your "Tracking". The issue is one many are currently experiencing. New episodes are not being updated on the RP site. One of the servers on the Flash site is undergoing repair, so it causing the EU server to run slower, causing connection issues for some people. It also seems to be slowing down how fast the show will stream.

Are you by any chance ticking the "Save copy to outbox" option? If so, your messages are only being sent to your outbox, not to the intended recipient.

You need to follow the directions in post #1. Simply posting in here will not get you a reimbursement, you must send a PM to lbjedward.
