Hi There,
Ive been catching up on The Hills and Lipstick Jungle, all of which are in the free show section. Ive been running low on points and not paying much attention but after adding points onto my account today I made sure I checked. Just watch a lipstick jungle and lost 2 points for it.
Im not sure how many Ive lost but viewing history is as below for the past week or so,
How can I get points back and stop it happening again?

I believe Lipstick Jugle has now been moved to a VIP show, though The Hills should still be free. Lipstick Jungle says VIP Member while The Hills says Normal Member. Please send a PM to lbjedward explaining your difficulty. Also, since the mistake was not on your side re: Lipstick Jungle (I see it is still listed as FREE) you should be reimbursed for those too.
