Hello,
It's been a while since I have communicated with you. I've been losing points and did connect with someone named STONE (?) but have not heard back from him/her. But, today and yesterday I have been unable to connect to the server or the EU server. I am wanting to watch some of the shows that I have missed. HELP please...
Any reason for this? and do you have any idea if / when it will be changed/corrected?

Welcome back! Are you trying to use the tv-video or vip? If you are using vip, have you tried the free shows? If not, then maybe you don't have enough points to watch vip-shows.
