I just bought the unlimited for 30 days option through paypal and have the confirmation but no matter how many times I log in or our or refresh it won't show it....it still has me at 3 points only and I'd really like to watch some shows any help?

grey anatomy season 5 ep2 the last 4 mins of the episode freezes. The audio keeps giong but the picture freezes up.

I have been trying to watch Heroes Season 3 but keep getting a system error message regarding my parameter settings.  I have been deducted for three shows but haven't seen one.

You viewing history shows you how many times you have clicked that episode, not how many times point have been deducted (you can click the same episode 24 on either server before another two points is deducted.)

Anyway some other people have been having this problem this is my suggestion that sometimes works.

1. Open up Realplayer
2. File then Open and type in "VIPTV.NET"
3. Navigate the website via the Media Browser and try to access your episode

PS if you still feel that you have lost points pm lbjedward with your viewing history.

Same here. At around 12 minutes the video goes all jerky and eventually times out for me. Bummer. I tried it last night and just now and it is not working.

unfortunately, episode 4, season 6 hasn't been updated, even though it says so in the update section...
And it's updated as Episode 4 of season 5, we're in season 6 right now...

Am I going to lose points if I click on the same episode on the US server (if I watch within 24 h)?

Edit: I tried watching the same episode on the US server within the 24 h limit, and it worked. I didn't lose any points.

I've desperately been trying to watch Grey's Anatomy but whenever click on it, the page where the seasons should be is empty and only shows me - N/A.

Has Grey's been deleted??

Another problem - 90210 - has not been updated in a VERY long time. Is this just server problems or have shows not been released yet??

I just tried that episode on both servers and it works fine. Sometimes that happens if the connection has been lost. Close down realplayer, reopen and then try again. If that doesn't work, restart your computer and it will reset the settings for you.

Let us know if that works.

The pause button doesn't always work on Link some animals. The game seems to be paused, but isn't. This should be looked into.

One of the shows that have been upgraded to VIP status are still listed under Free Shows.  It's Lipstick Jungle.  One of the members mentioned being charged for free shows, which is how I found out.  It should be removed from the Free Shows box.

I noticed some mistakes on the games site.
In Bees the bubble says 50 points for the red bees, but they actually count as 10 points.
The mute button doesn't work for Apollo Zuma and Throw High. And when you click pause in
Super Clearance the game sometimes won't start again afterwards.

I don't know what is happening, but many of The X Files Season 2 episodes will come up as Invalid a few times and then suddenly start to work for me and the error won't come up again.

Don't worry about the dreaded "invalid" screen.  We all get it sometimes.  It may be that the server is very busy at the time you are trying to connect to the episode.  Even if you get the grey invalid screen, you can  right click on the box and open in Realplayer or Realplayer Theater mode.  Just keep trying until your show starts to load.

I've been trying to watch Supernatural Season 4 Episode 4. The buffering either doesn't reach 100% or if it does, the video doesn't load up.I would keep trying but I have already lost 2 points and I haven't seen the episode yet. I've tried both servers and its the same thing; but the US server seems to work better for me than the EU one did.

I just check this for you. It loaded ok for me so perhaps there was some traffic issues with the site when you tried? Have another go and let us know how you get on.
