Hello!
I switched laptops and now I see the message, "This video file cannot be played. (Error Code: 224003)" when I try to play an episode. I've tried a couple of different episodes and series and see the same message. The points are being deducted from my account, even though I can't watch the episode. It happens with free episodes, as well.
