THRESHOLD is a suspenseful drama about a team of experts who are assembled when the U.S. Navy makes a chilling discovery: an extra terrestrial craft has landed in the mid-Atlantic ocean. Dr. Molly Anne Caffrey (Carla Gugino) is a government contingency analyst whose job is to devise response plans for worst-case scenarios. In a single instant, her life changes when one of those plans--THRESHOLD--is activated by Deputy National Security Advisor J.T. Baylock (Charles S. Dutton). Armed only with her hypothetical strategy to address the appearance of aliens on earth, Caffrey now finds herself thrust in the midst of a global crisis. She hand-picks a team of eclectic specialists to prepare for first contact: Dr. Nigel Fenway (Brent Spiner), a disillusioned NASA microbiologist; Lucas Pegg (Rob Benedict), a brilliant but neurotic physicist; Arthur Ramsey (Peter Dinklage), an expert in languages and mathematics; and Cavennaugh (Brian Van Holt), a highly trained covert operative with a mysterious past. Together, they decipher the intention of the craft, the fate of the ship's crew and begin preparations for the possibility of a crisis situation--an alien invasion

It's a shame this show didn't last i really looking forward to seeing this than i found out they cancelled it

I watched it when it aired....although it was a combination of different series... I would've have loved to see what plans they had for the show.

Spoilers that people have not watched-fine this show only has 6 episodes but other shows like medium which have 4 seasons. will create a discussion topic on this issue see free chatting fourm

There were only 6 episodes? really? I thought there were loads..i think it was a pity they canceled the show, i saw it in Ireland whe it premiered and I was enthralled, cant belive that the wouldnt continue with the show, particulaily cause the last episode was such a cliffhanger, although I seem to have som problems remembering how..
Anyways, would be really cool if they would continue with this show seeing as Eureka got a 3rd season coming up, why not this one, its like X-files, 4400s, and all good scifis all mixed up into one.
Guess I am a bit stumped that it was cancelled, and noo I m not drunk, im like this all the time..
Thanks for putting it up anyways..

It's worth it but as said above ends quite abrupt so you may be left frustrated..I know I was.

Well I've watched the first 3 episode and I'm finding it interesting i should be finished by weekend but I'm taking my time because there's only 13 episodes i want spread it out. So they are infected now the question is can there stop it.

Bala- if we told you that it'd ruin the rest of the episodes for you.  

i enjoyed the treshold series and was disappointed to find out it was cancelled.  and it seemed like the writers had it planed out pretty well.  The show was designed to cover a 3 year storyline arc.
