Just tried to watch a film: Freaks: You're one of us. It's in German and English subtitles button doesn't work. I put a comment, but no-one acknowledges or fixes the error. This is happening in series as well - Condor S2 was a good example - loads of Russian dialogue, but access to subtitles not working.
Please sort it out!
Also, how do I get my refund of 5 points for the afore mentioned film?
