Having a Pts disappearance issue, made a payment for pts on 11/25 for $20 via Amazon egift card it gave me 365 Pts I watched 8 movies (40Pts) I now show I have 2 pts not 325 pts. I have also tried to email Customer Service Regarding this issue via VIP Message but keep getting and Error message. Anyone else have this issue??
