I tried to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows a couple of weeks ago and got the

"error loading media file not found" message so I just let it go and figured like so often 

happens, it would work later. I tried again today and the movie still will not play.

I don't think I've been charged for it since it didn't load but I did think I should report it

since it's not working yet.
