Hello, Due some tech or connection issues, some members didn't get points instantly after they made payment via Paypal on site(paid to btcpirate@outlook.comONLY), please open an dispute on Paypal, your money will be refunded in 24hrs. Why we can not credit you pts instead of opening an dispute? Because that's a third-party paypal payment service(via pirateworld web game site). If your Paypal payment on site(paid to btcpirate@outlook.comONLY) displayed "Failed" or you didn't get points after the payment made, we CAN NOT get the money from that third party. You need to open an dispute for your payment sent to btcpirate@outlook.com on your Paypal account, and they will refund your payment in 24hrs. With the same reason, if you didn't get points via credit card payment on site, please call your credit card issuer bank to decline the payment you made. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Surly since you have disassociated the forum from VIP anyone joining after the change will have no idea about these payment problems
