i'm looking for full access to the US Netflix libraries, any one tested exavpn service and confirm if talented to unblock US netflix?

This forum isn't the appropriate place to ask for that information. Netflix is not part of this service. There are other sites more appropriate to ask about specific VPNs, and how they work with specific sites. I advise you to read the Forum Rules.
