Were you trying to use the credit card gateway? If so, many have found it problematic. You might want to check out the Special Offers, as outlined in post #1 of thread.

I have used VIP for 8 years. I am trying to put money on my account via credit card. It is only showing master card, I am using VISA. I enjoy VIP and would like to continue to use this product. Please assist.

The offers Milks posted are probably your best options. Unfortunately, the new credit card gateway only accepts MasterCard. While the special offers don't get you your points immediately, they make up for it by giving you more for your money. Hopefully one of those will work for you.
