I have been debited 2 times 50$ (47,20€) in my last refill and I just paid for 1. I obviously didn't get the points according to it neither. I can send you proof of that if needed.
What can we do about that? I was hoping to make just 1 50$ refill so if I can get my money back, that can be great...
