Hi, I have been trying to buy more points for a month so I can exchange them on vip tv but I keep getting errors. Is there a problem with buying points at the moment?

There have been issues for some with the credit card gateway. The site also offers other ways to purchase points. They can be found in post #1 here. I hope that helps.
