Marvel's Daredevil Premieres on Netflix on April 10, 2015



"Marvel's Daredevil" is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell's Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.

I remember the movie and how awful this was but this version is a lot more serious and i really liked the first episode like most of netflix show this one is well developed with quite decent storyline with hell kitchen bad guy being major crime syndicate who are unstoppable but who would of thought the first case would lead to these bad guys.

The way Matt lost is sight after the traffic accident was sad but the way he took out the sex traffickers was awesome, Karen being caught with the knife in her hands did make her look guilty but Matt and his partner taking her as their first client was risky on both sides

Claire nursing Matt back to health was interesting as she was trusting him on blind faith and her telling him were it would hurt was surprising but she would be good to keep around, the others getting drunk was amusing but Matt still rescuing the kid with all those injuries was a little ridiculous

i like the fact each episode seems to be self contained but Madock being found in bin was lucky as a nurse helps him and we find out why she decides to help him but i can't believe she help tortue that guy .

Taking the case of the bowling ball attack didn't make sense as there was something fishy about the whole situation and the guy killing himself after calling Matt a coward I found ironic as he was scared because he talked

They really didn't have a choice as money cleared from the guy who hired them but trying to stop jury tamping was tricky. Karen getting money to keep her mouth shut was predictable but i can't believe she wanted to come clean. I would taken the money, 6 months salary is one hell payout consider she's now working for a start-up. I know she did the right thing but why do i think she get killed by end of series i really like her and don't want that to happen.

I really like the fact they combined legal drama with a action hero storyline

Claire helping Matt again was nice and what a stroke of luck he gave her a phone especially when the Russians abducted her but not getting their in time was bound to happen at some time, Karen continuing to investigate her case is going to end bad if she don't tell Matt

i had feeling that Claire would be another member of the team but he needs to bring both  Karen and foggy into the team so he has support unit . Frisk getting interrupted on his date cost him  and made sure guy who messed it up pays for his mistake.

Setting Matt up for Anatoly's death after Wilson killed him was sneaky as his guys were having no luck themselves but Foggy and Karen helping the elderly woman take on her crooked landlord was nice but the explosion was a surprise and the police about to catch him should make the next interesting

I had a feeling he would escape but the cop killing one of the Russians made it obvious he was cleaning up for Wilson and having the cops killed to frame Daredevil was evil as it now make him the cops number one target

Matt getting distracted by the tapping of the blind stick was interesting as he was from his past and Karen was lucky Foggy followed her as she is getting to close

Karen obviously had to explain to Foggy but glad they also told Matt as they are all now on the same page and how long will it take them to figure out everything leads back to Wilson, I hope Vanessa still being around doesn't get herself killed but finding out about his past was interesting

Wilson coming out of the shadows to talk to the press gave him the upper hand for now But having the old lady Foggy and Karen were helping was evil, Foggy finding out Matt was Daredevil took too long

I have to say fisk is one hell of evil genius and this what a bad guy is suppose to like because at the moment he's unstoppable. I will waiting all matt's friends to find out he's daredevil.

At least we find out who trained him but it looks like Stick has another agenda and what a way reveal season 2 plot at the end of the episode i suspect that man stick was talking to will play a major part in the second season.

Foggy asking Matt if he's really blind was understandable after discovering he's Daredevil but nice to see how they meet and Karen going to see Wilson's mother was surprising, Vanessa getting poisoned was tragic but glad it wasn't at the hands of Wilson

I am glad we got see his past but so much for him to come out like that certainly makes things difficult for Matt.

Leland being insensitive about Vanessa fight for her life could get himself killed and Karen going to see Wilson's mother was going to get ugly after she rang Wesley but Karen getting the upper hand was surprising

Every episode fight sequences are getting better and i have no idea why people keep compare this to Arrow . so many other reviews keep reference to Arrow as comparison.

Yes she was lucky but spend most of day finishing off the series is tough .

Only 1 more episode left until it's over

Ben getting killed was unfortunate but i rather it was him not Karen

This was a great ending to the series but i really want a second season but who knows these are suppose one off Mavel show so next one is Jessica Jones which is suppose to be released somewhere in 2015 i suspect it will be late 2015.

1 down 4 more to go but this was good start it will interesting to see if other show can match as good this one turned out to be.

I don't say this often but it's nice watch a tv series without any sex scenes

i am glad it turned out better than i expected it to be and based on trailer they didn't give anything away .

Apart from the actress from true blood and bad guy, rest of cast were unknown actors i havn't seen before.

Matt saving the guy in the series but causing the accident in the film was not what I expected and his heightened senses in hospital was better,  taking out his bullies in the ally was great as they were still picking on him after he lost his sight, Elektra making Matt late for court was amusing but you just knew the would hook up

I just watched a trailer for the Elektra (2005) film which I'm sure I have seen on TV in the past but will watch again to refresh myself

I would of liked a better explanation at the start on how Elektra was revived after being killed in Daredevil rather than flashbacks, catching Abby trying to steal that necklace was great but sods law her next target is her father who she tries to keep alive, making Abby jump when she told her to close her eyes was amusing

So much for the Irish taking over after Wilson went to jail and leaving one survivor did seem strange but I guess coming after him again was a little predictable and Daredevil meeting his match was bound to happen sooner or later

Foggy standing up to the DA and calling her bluff was impressive and going after him again so soon was asking for trouble

Karen trying to get something on the DA was understandable after using their client as bait to capture the Punisher

It was only a matter of time for the Irish to go after the Punisher for all those deaths and Daredevil coming to his aid made a change but the way he handled the torture was impressive

Karen feeling awkward in the office was amusing considering the kiss last episode and I thought things must of ended badly for Murdock and his former lover, but you just knew he would change his mind about helping her, the mention of Jessica Jones was a nice link to the series

Karen seeing a different side of to the Punisher made a nice change after all the killing but pleading not guilty came as a surprise

They have a lot riding on this trial of the century but you just knew the Punisher would only make things worse and Elektra intimidating the doctor backfiring was unfortunate but at leased they know the truth

The DA being stuck for words after the officers testimony was amusing but I guess we know what the cop said to Frank before loosing it in court and that was a close call for Elektra after being distracted by Daredevil

Fisk Was bound to go after that prisoner for warning him off and using Frank to do his dirty work was a smart move but setting him up after was devious

With the Punisher being back on the street looks like he's just a scape goat this time and the DA asking for help before being gunned down was surprising, Karen was luck Frank turned up when he did

The way Daredevil saved Claire was impressive but a shame the other nurse died and the body count rising with Frank trying to find out who killed his family he's going to get all the blame

Karen going to see Ray Schoonover was understandable after what he said at Frank trial but what happened after was surprising and Frank coming to her rescue again was lucky

I watch all 13 episode on Saturday which why i couldn't comment on it until everyone had a chance to see it and instead posting 13 separate comments i would summary of my main review on season 2.

I thought it was an interesting choice, who they casted as Electra,  since i have never seen that actress before but I thought she did a good job I admit I didn't like her much at the start but she grew on me but you just knew she would get in the way of Karen and Matt relationship. As soon as that started you knew Karen would find out about her.

Stick coming to the rescue for Matt and Electra was a nice surprise but what a way for Matt to find out she been working with Stick and that it was Stick who trained her but if that wasn't crazy enough we find out she was the weapons i was like WTF haven't they gone a bit too far with that but what convenient way to explain away her blood lust.

Foggy actually being the one who still practising law was a nice sideline storyline but to defend the Punisher was nice way the storyline together. Speaking of the Punisher i did enjoy his heart to heart chat with Daredevil but the way they kept bumping into each other was interesting. His back story was nice but to be honest Karen opinion on him was something I agree with, With a place like Hells kitchen you need someone like him to kill the truly awful guys like Wilson Fisk. Speaking of Wilson frisk not even prison to keep him down but him helping the Punisher to escape was brilliant.

I still have no clue why Matt revealed to Karen he's daredevil that really came out nowhere ?. There really wasn't a reason to reveal it,  i would of rather she found out naturally like the way Foggy found him.

Overall I felt this season was good but fight sequences got a bit boring after few episodes.
