This is the place to report any errors you come across while watching shows. The problems can range from a missing episode, out of order episodes or seasons, and video/audio lag, including if the picture or sound disappears completely. Once you have reported the problem a mod will then confirm that the problem exists and add the problem episode into the table at the bottom of this post. After a problem is confirmed, points will be awarded. Members will get 4 points (2 for the episode problems and 2 for reporting the bug) for each bug reported - including bugs reported on free shows. If a bug has already been reported, but is not on the table, members will receive 2 points. Once on the table, no points will be awarded.
The information we need you to include is quite simple.
SHOW - the title of the show you were watching.
 EPISODE - which episode it was. Please include the name & number.
 SERVER - which server you were using - EU, US, HD, or Mobile
 DEVICE - what type of device you are using to view - computer, tablet, smart TV, etc.
PROBLEM DETAILS - Be sure to include times of when the problem occurs (very important for video/audio lag).
 ** Please only post errors that are impacting your ability to view the episode. Minor Audio/Video glitches should not be posted here and will not be recorded on the table. You are welcome to post incorrect title names, inaccurate pictures etc also however they will not be recorded on the table.

The link on all three servers is to episode 4x6. If the networks showed a repeat, should't VIP just not add a link? I watched the link because it was named 4x19, and if that episode has not yet aired it was labeled wrong, which cost my 2 points to watch a repeat, I would have never paid to watch.

Hello, Just tried to play the 1st episode of season 5 and there is a distorted picture from the beginning all the way through. I tried jumping around, but the picture stayed distorted, with hot pinks and greens and yellows all over the screen. You can hear the dialog, but can't see the video. I tried episode 2 and it seemed ok, but don't want to watch the 2nd episode until I have been able to watch the 1st. Thanks

Which server were you using? Please see post #1 for all the info needed for us to check. I JUST checked that episode and the picture was fine for me, so knowing which server and what type of device you are trying to view on would be helpful.

Hi, I am on a Mac and using Safari. I tried both US and EU servers. Both showed the distorted picture. I was able to watch episode 2 without issue, but just tried episode 3 and it also has distorted picture. I will try opening it from Firefox, but I don't see why it should work on Safari for episode 2 but not for episode 1 or 3?

Same problem on Game of Thrones S5E1. The "HBO" screen is clear for about 2 seconds and then the rest of the episode distorts, with clear audio. Tried both EU and US. On a Mac, tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Latest flash version installed.

They sound like all the latest episodes and as they are better quality they probable take longer to upload and after checking now Law and Order SVU is the only one from your list that has no HD

- Episode 1 is correct
- Episode 2 is a duplicate of episode 1

I've checked both US & EU servers and the sound is working fine for the episode. Have you checked to see if the volume bar on your computer is set to mute or way down?

Thanks for reporting. From what I can tell, the show hasn't even premiered yet. It's set to premiere on July 15th, but I see some other sites have the 1st episode up already. Added to the list.

I just checked episode 1x10 - Marco, which is the one I'm assuming you're talking about. I tested it on all 4 servers (EU/US/HD/Mob) and it played without any problems. You have 30 attempts per 24 hours on your initial points. If that isn't sufficient, please provide more details so we might be able to assist you, such as what device you are using to access the site, and the operating system. For reimbursement of points, please read the instructions in post #1 of this thread.

Just adding - my iPod Touch is 4th gen, so I'm still using iOS 6.1.6 (it doesn't support anything higher), and it is compatible with the site.

Interesting Barb. I know some people have had video related problems with iOS 7 so I wonder if Sofia is on that version. I can't think of any other reason why.

Maybe it's worth Sofia using something like Puffin Browser and just access the normal site?

The first uploaded episode titled "Ghost" is actually the unaired pilot of the series. The following episodes ("The Target" - "Omega") have been given the title of the prospective next episode (e.g. the episode titled "Omega" on viptv is actually the episode "Briar Rose"). The second to last episode ("Omega") and the last episode ("Epitaph One") are missing.


Please fix this bug as fast as you can

Hi, you don't need to repeat it thanks. Some take much longer to fix because the admin team have to source the files. I'd imagine they are struggling to get this one.

Ok thank you but it seems its happened again and I have lost more points now Aquarius episode 9 is wrong, its actually episode 10. I didnt even check episode 10 to see which one that was because am getting tired of losing points :/ Maybe someone should check them all??

Sorry about that. I'll add it to the list. I think someone did report it, but I accidentally deleted the post when trying to reply. I forgot that they mentioned 2 episodes weren't working. I've also checked the rest of the episodes, and they all seem to be different. Since I don't watch the show, I don't know if they are in the correct order, but would assume they are.

I just checked Extant, and it is the correct episode on the US, EU, and Mobile servers, so you should be able to watch it within the 24 hours. The HD server is an episode of Suits, which I will add to the list.
