RUSH examines the world of renegade physician Dr. William P. Rush (Tom Ellis, “Miranda”), a “medical fixer” who privately caters to LA’s elite and whose service comes with a hefty price tag. Though the hard-partying doctor claims that he doesn’t make judgments about his less-than-squeaky-clean clients, he’s not immune to the ugliness that he encounters.

This was typical USA network show however unlike Royal Pain version this one is more serious since doctor deal with all sort misfits in his role and it clear it using other tv show characters in this show you see a bit of everything in this episode.
So glad he beat his patient up that guy deserved it but his assistant did break the rule to never get involved.   

Saving the gangster certainly came in handy as debt collector for people who don't pay.

Sods law this is the only one not available right now,  That has to be the luckiest junkie ever when she overdosed but taking Rush to save her life for her to realise he's a doctor was amusing and that has to be the most expensive juice ever @ $15,000 but $40,000 for the damaged penis was priceless as he refused to pay and then cost him a $100,000 painting, William using the baseball bat on Ted was great especially telling him to keep his name out of it

William not remembering the best weekend ever was amusing and the guy coming mob handed to get his painting back was a surprise but betting on the boxer was a bad idea

Meeting rush's father was ok but his step sister not know who he is was sad . Signing a client out of hospital and than being fully responsible for him was tricky but as soon his agent said they will pay him 20K for the day made him happy.  Finding out he suffer from bi-polar just made it priceless .

Why didn't he give his friend a job instead of going to his dad ?.

Have 2 doctor better than 1 ? Right

Rush's nightmare was very amusing he should feel guilty but it causing him to have panic attacks was bad when he was trying treat patient while it was happening.

Rush getting a surprise at last minute conference meeting his ex girlfriend's new guy who also a doctor but when he started to get to know him was nice however jumping off the balcony just show he could be fun person almost cost him his life and Rush jumping in was amusing .

Rush's lunch with his stepmother, Corrine was interesting and leading to an unexpected outcome was surprising but the fact she made the first move after having a drink there must be problems at home

It's a good job Rush was having a nightmare as if Corrine had told his father they slept together it would of been a lot worse

Rush bumping into his ex while attending a medical conference with Alex was amusing and her new boyfriend being a doctor was interesting especially after saving his life when he jumped in the pool and what a stroke of luck he rang Alex before he made a mistake cheating on his wife

Alex getting a glimpse of Rush's lifestyle was nice but saving the girls life was impressive and Rush going to work after taking that powerful hallucinogen was stupid

Rush complaining after getting lucky with Sarah was amusing as she only did what most men would do and Eve spending some time with Manny at the gun range was interesting but I bet Alex regrets talking Rush into letting him come with him

Rush did a great job saving the baby and what a turn around for the mother and Alex attempting to contain the fallout with his wife was costly but the favour for his father was strange as the mistress was left hanging out the windscreen after the crash and what a great cliffhanger with Eve pulling the gun on her ex

I have to say he thought it was going easy but he learnt the hard way consequence of Rush's job.

Yeah and ignore his father call few times before answering was amusing but he made a lot of money from the situation . Eve really had no choice he tried to attack her it's self defence in my book.

Rush being the one to help Eve's ex after she shot him was unfortunate as I was hoping he was dead and him hanging on to the gun as leverage was diabolical as he deserved to be shot for the attempted rape but letting him die after being shot himself was great and Rush getting Corrine pregnant has ruined his chances with Sarah
