Silicon Valley Premiered on HBO on April 06, 2014
In the high-tech gold rush of modern Silicon Valley, the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success. Mike Judge (“Office Space,” “Beavis & Butthead,” “King of the Hill”) brings his irreverent brand of humor to HBO in the new comedy series SILICON VALLEY. Partially inspired by Judge’s own experiences as a Silicon Valley engineer in the late ‘80s, the show kicks off its eight-episode season this April.
Well this wasn't a great comedy but it was certainly watchable and to find out you have a billion dollar idea and only using it for music leading 2 offers one a 4 million dollars for this app or 200K ownership of the app and support develop it with him. I think he made the right decision. Author: bala Time: 4-18-2014 06:45 Subject: The Cap Table
Well being unprepared for his meeting didn't go well thinking his investor would do all the business work and needing figure it out but finding he couldn't cash the cheque because it for pied piper inc not his personal account was sad way to end the episode. Richard not realising he has developed a powerful compression algorithm for his website rather than just a music application but the bidding war on the phone was interesting and keeping control of the company I think was the right choice Author: codebreaker Time: 5-5-2014 06:17 Subject: Reply 3#3 bala's post

Richard should or realised only selling 5% to an investor would mean his is still in control and it had to be his ideas the investor would help with but not noticing the check was made out to the company rather than himself was crazy Author: codebreaker Time: 5-5-2014 07:01
Author: codebreaker Time: 5-5-2014 08:14 Subject: 1x03 Articles of Incorporation
I thought having the check made out to Pied Piper was bad enough but to add insult to injury Richard discovering that the name Pied Piper is already registered to a sprinkler company was unbelievable and he was lucky to get the name for only a $1000 but he should of got in in writing the first time Author: codebreaker Time: 5-5-2014 08:45 Subject: 1x04 Fiduciary Duties
In hindsight Richard should of sold the company as he doesn't seem to be able to run his own company as he's easily lead astray Author: codebreaker Time: 5-5-2014 09:01 Subject: 1x05 Signaling Risk
Erlich asking a graffiti artist to design Pied Piper's logo was out of order as he agreed to it for $10,000 without consorting with the others and the finished design was disgusting but the communication problems was amusing Author: bala Time: 5-5-2014 09:27 Subject: Reply 16#16 codebreaker's post
Yes it was disturbing but i have to say making every episode a problem in creating a business was amusing . I just don't get why they didn't keep the logo piped piper and get rid of the mural

Kevin the hacker also called as 'The Carver' being hired by the team for two days @ $20,000 was surprising considering his age but him stuffing things up was karma and there is no way I would get in a driver-less car like Jared did Author: codebreaker Time: 5-19-2014 12:44

Yes she was just using the guys to get her app sorted. Seriously sleeping with new wife was ridclous Author: bala Time: 6-3-2014 07:14 Subject: Optimal Tip-to-Tip Efficiency
Sometimes the best idea comes from ridclous discussion but i was laughing so hard when calculating how to jerk off everyone in the conference in the most efficient way but redesign it and having judge give them a file to test it out was risky but the fact it worked was amazing Author: codebreaker Time: 6-3-2014 07:45
Pied Piper competing against Gavin was interesting after that bizarre calculation on how to masturbate efficiently but the fact they stated from scratch over night and it worked was impressive Author: bala Time: 2-6-2015 14:01 Subject: Silicon Valley Season 2
Trust the guys to start arguing who was the boss rather than talk to the girl and I'm not surprised Peter Gregory's company was facing major changes after his death Monica trying to do what's best while dealing with her new boss Laurie was understandable but her idea to take a lower deal that will grow rather than the higher one that wouldn't made sense Author: codebreaker Time: 4-13-2015 13:13
This is the mistake most young technology companies make, taking the highest offer and that why they go bust because they become overvalued . Author: codebreaker Time: 4-21-2015 06:30 Subject: 2x02 Runaway Devaluation
So much for the guys taking the lowest offer as with that court case looming you cant blame everyone pulling their offers and I hope Richard don't accept his offer Author: codebreaker Time: 4-21-2015 14:06

After holli massive failure hosting a live boxing fight they gang have prove there are better hosting a live event with their web streaming service but you just know it wouldn't work out but doing SWOT analysis on whether to allow a person to die because they like his girlfriend was amusing. How in gods name do you accidently delete your investors content but explain the blunder was ridclous Author: bala Time: 6-8-2015 09:41 Subject: 2x09 Binding Arbitration
Just great trust the guy to actually reveal the problem in case which gave him a choice lie or tell truth and glad he decides to be honest even if it mean he will lost the company. Author: bala Time: 6-15-2015 08:32 Subject: 2x10 Two Days of The Condor
Telling the guys to destroy the platform when he thought he was losing his company was predictable but finding out judge notice illegal employment Claus in the contract made it void was great but now he has rush back before they delete the platform but finding out they didn't code the deletion program properly was pure luck but after all that he's fired as CEO Author: codebreaker Time: 12-30-2015 11:24 Subject: 2x03 Bad Money
I'm glad Russ stopped Richard from taking Gavin's offer as what Gavin said in that interview was terrible but with Russ also being a little crazy things should be interesting Author: codebreaker Time: 12-30-2015 11:26
I'm not surprised after seeing some of those prospective hires that Richard butted heads with Erlich but that woman was impressive but making them think she was being paid more was amusing Author: codebreaker Time: 12-30-2015 11:42
Trust the guys to take the office because there was a model agency upstairs and you can't blame Richard for worrying about his night sweats but Gilfoyle idea to build their own server was the right decision Author: codebreaker Time: 1-2-2016 06:29
Having trouble streaming the live boxing match was predictable and you can't blame the guys from trying it themselves but the stunt drive not willing to listen to advice was asking for trouble Author: codebreaker Time: 1-2-2016 06:48

Pied Piper going head to head with their opposition was great but trust them to accidentally to delete the videos Author: codebreaker Time: 1-2-2016 07:22

What a stroke of luck the judge realised the contract was null and void but Richard scrambling to save Pied Piper after sending that text was amusing especially as he also got fired Author: codebreaker Time: 2-13-2016 09:12
I didn't think Richard would leave Pied Piper for good and the guys refusing to leave in solidarity didn't help but what the new guy said was surprising Author: codebreaker Time: 4-25-2016 08:00
He really shouldn't of joked to advertising guys Author: codebreaker Time: 5-11-2016 10:31 Subject: 3x03 Meinertzhagen’s Haversack
You can't blame them for wanting out of that sever room and who would work their 24/7 for a year but loosing their guide was amusing but the guys searching for a way around Jack to build the platform rather than the box was sneaky but what a idiot dropping the papers Author: codebreaker Time: 5-11-2016 10:32
Trust Richard to let his ego get in the way at an interview but the fact he ranted to the wrong person was amusing Author: codebreaker Time: 5-23-2016 00:45
Gavin was bound to want retaliation after the bad publicity but as most of it is his own doing was karma but Big Head signing a NDA could be a problem and what a shame Richard's new relationship is threatened by his friends before it even started Author: codebreaker Time: 5-30-2016 10:34
It's ironic Arthur is blaming Erlich for wasting Big Head's money when he has being doing his own thing with the money and what a stroke of luck they could track the beta app to Hulu but what they did to Gavin was great Author: codebreaker Time: 6-7-2016 10:09
