The only thing I can think of at the moment is to follow the directions in this thread, but to give the username of the person you are wanting to gift some points to. Also, because of the special, you'll be able to give 50% more points than you pay for. You might also want to include a note that it is a gift to someone else. There might be another way, and I SHOULD know it, but I honestly don't remember when the issue last arose.
