Hello,
I made a payment using paypal last night, and it has still not appeared on my account so I can transfer these into points for viewing. I have done this something like 7 or 8 times before since 2009, and have had no problems before. In fact it usually appears in my account within seconds. I have the email from paypal confirming everything has gone through... what should I do now?

You will need to send a PM to lbjedward with your confirmation number. Occasionally there is a delay, but if there is a reason for the hold up on VIPTV's side, LBJ is the only one who can sort it for you.
