Political Animals is an upcoming six-hour American miniseries created by Greg Berlanti and Laurence Mark. The series is set to premiere in the United States on USA Network on July 15, 2012, and will air Sundays at 10/9c.[1][2][3] Sigourney Weaver portrays Elaine Barrish, a divorced former First Lady and the current Secretary of State.

Well not sure what to make of this series yet but it was certainly interesting to watch but seriously the reporter should of known better than tell her editor about suicide attempt but than finding out he was sleeping with her must of hurt but now she got something she didn't expect a second chance. The husband was real character i mean fair enough there were divorce but planting that idea into her head and than finding out after they had there night of passion it was his plan to go there to rescue the american hostages. Well so much happened in this episode i really hope for a second season but what a way to leave it so glad they manage to get to her son wedding when so much was going on with president being missing but they did mention he's dead so everything up in the air ? This kind of TV show I most likely love watching... It has a touch of reality that is happening today in any political arena in any country. The drama of the family, the bad side and the good side of having parents in politics.
