Hey guys, your US server isnt loading the new shows and the Europian one is slow as! I been with you guys for a long time and at the moment, im wasting my monthly money not being able to load shows! please PLEASE get this sorted or at least give us an extra month while you sort this out. After all, we are paying for it. Otherwise, love your work....usually. ps, i dont watch tv and i work away from home and am only here once a month and really look forward to your site.

Unfortunately with the US server being under maintenance and which is putting EU server at it's maximum until the work on the US server is finished

Hi there, as Jim mentioned and per the link above the US server is being replaced and hence the EU server is suffering at peak times. Have a read through that thread as there as some recommendations on how you can maximise your viewing experience during that time; especially post 24.

Just a reminder - do NOT tick the "Save copy to outbox" option, as your PM will not send to LBJ. You can use tracking to see when your message has been opened.
