Hi, we never had any streaming problems....since 2 weeks system keeps buffering every 10 seconds, at least 15 min prebuffering is required to watch a complete episode.
the same on our mac and dell. we watch from EU server.
Any idea why this is happening?

When it loads and starts playing then pause until the red line is about 25% and you should try different browser as well but use the free shows until you find which works better for you so you don't waste points
