Firstly, there is no need to start more than 1 thread about an issue. We, the moderators, are volunteers and reply as soon as we are able. Secondly, there is no need to be rude. I have not seen unprofessional behaviour here. Admin is good about informing the members when there are widespread issues or problems that go on for a lengthy period.
Have you read - THIS THREAD? Information within it provides an update about the changes the site is undergoing. Also, take into consideration that Admin & the tech team are located in China, so it may take time for an esplanation to be provided due to the time zone difference.
