multiple days now, it says stream not found on both servers. I'm getting charged everytime I've clicked it on a new day - but I am never able to watch it.

I've gone through the same cycle. Stream not found consistently, but still being charged 2 points per daily attempt.

You should report it here and have you tried the realplayer site here but for lost point you need to send a PM to lbjedward with a copy of your viewing history
