I know this might seem like a stupid question, but sometimes you have to make sure it's not the obvious! You have definitely loaded a Flash episode from viptv.net and not a Real episode from vip.tv-video.net?
If so, I'm not sure why it's not working for you. I've watched Flash shows on a HTC android phone and it works perfectly. Have you tried googling flash trouble shooting for Archos?
Have you managed to watch flv files on other sites successfully?
