Well how bad must your day be to be fired ,have a guy fall on you and get hit by a car but somehow she's fine and the guy who fell on her she represent but he got suspended sentence and guy who hit her with his car decides to work for her.

This really is a great start to a show but the ending those criminals asking her patent on car door opener for criminal purpose really took the biscuit.

I loved how she flipped the situation round on the protection racket guy but having to defend him so quickly was amusing and i missed the first time around about his mother dying during child birth of his older brother

LOVE IT!!!!  Couldn't be happier.  BEAMING!!!!!!!

Just when you think they couldn't top the first episode they did with this episode. It's sad that an elderly women was forced commit armed robbery because she couldn't afford to to eat. The laundry mat case was great 1 child policy was surprise it got move up to higher court was great result.

Great result for both case especial considering they both had a up hill battle with the judges but sad that a pensioner had to resort to crime

well it's kind of looking like they will, but Harry has a good influence on him and I think he will change (which is a good thing for him, but maybe a bad think for the show since he's actually kind of funny to watch)

I think he will take time calling that  young lawyer a prep squeak was rather funny to hear
Author: kellemanske    Time: 2-1-2011 04:20     Subject: Reply 13#13 bala's post

well yeah that too I don't know what I would have done if someone started calling me names like that. I think it's impressive that Adam didn't do anything. I would have started yelling back or defending myself or something like that. But it was funny and he kind of made himself look like a fool
Also calling Adam rude, not realising that he is worse is great.

David E.Kelly is quite good at creating character like that if you watched one last of his show you can see how great he is at creating characters. Boston Legal really was suppose be his last show but missed doing legal shows so he created this one.

I liked Malcolm for the mediation since it was clear that Harriet was asking to much off them and didn't try to understand them. However, she did have a good suggestion with the waponsfree debat and the horn was funny.
I liked that in the end the kid 'only' got beaten up for leaving the gang and Harry not understanding why he was greatfull showed once again that she didn't try to understand the gangs.

About epi:
I liked the kid who was a doctor and he was right about not asking questions cause if you do in that kind of neighbourhood you'll probably end up death (this is based on tvshows and not on reality since I don't know a thing about that) But he did the right thing and the donor being the copkiller was sad.
The end looked a lot like an ending of leverage though, anyone else notice that?
btw: the shooter of Louis hasn't been cought, will that be a follow-up story?

I really enjoyed the episode and Great to have Catherine Manheim come in to guest.    Love her.

Nice twist with the ganger that shot a cop and saved a life.  Shame he's going to jail, but he did kill someone.  The ending with all the members looking at Harry and her "posse" was kinda scarey.  You think they'll put a hit out on her??  Hmm I would leave harry alone.  She's got "people".

I've done the whole 4 year thing and it took me another couple before I felt comfortable enough to see him as "only" a friend and not something else.  It will be a very difficult road for them.  I'm glad Adam broke it off with "C".

Britney Snow's character needs to grow up.  If everything doen't go her way, she walks out, either slaming a door or something else.  It was humourous at first but quite frankly it's annoying now.  Get over yourself.

I rather thought the guy would get off.  The jury really understood that murder 1 was a bit harsh.

I found it interesting that while we're talking about keeping american products in America, (not importing from China) the other story is a child taken from China and in america, and somehow she stayed in America.  Alot of parallels.

The argument that on american things should be allowed, I thought the point would be made that everyone in town should only wear american made clothes, and use only american made products.  I liked the apple argument though!
