Right the idea is simple behind this idea, members watch the shows they want and report any problems regarding episodes. The problems can range from missing episode, out of order seasons and video/audio lag (this includes if the picture or sound disappears completely). This thread is not to be used by members for reporting about having connection problems or asking when the next episode of a certain show will be uploaded. After you have reported the problem a mod will then confirm that the problem exists and add the problem episode into the table at the bottom of this post. Points will be given out for finding bugs (after they have been confirmed of course), a member will get 4 points (2 for the episode problems and 2 for reporting the bug) for each bug reported - including bugs reported on free shows, to a maximum of 20 points. If a bug has already been put into the table then you will get NO points at all. All reports must be set out in the following layout. Show - Simple enough just the title of the show you were watching Episode - Both Season and Episode number Server used - Sometimes a problem may only affect one server (mods will check the other server for the problem as well) Problem Details - Be sure to include times of when the problem occurs (very important for video/audio lag) Now here is the all important table containing the list of problems reported so far:

Crossing Jordan5x01: Audio glitches between 4:30-6:00 3x01: Video goes green for a couple of seconds at 42:31
Close to Home 1x02: Audio goes out of sync from 14:00 and gets progressive worse 2x06: From 21:00 onwards sounds becomes warped at random intervals

CSI5x21: episode won't play after 22:24 on either server - sound is garbled
CSI: Miami4x23: Video has a small glitch for a second at 9:30, audio lags for the rest of episode
Desperate Housewives1x07: Sound goes from 20:06 to 20:08 1x08: Video goes black between 11:09 and 11:11 1x09: Visual glitches at 1:11 and 5:23, Sound glitch at 24:55
Dirty Jobs 4th Season is totally dodgy in terms of episode order, admins who want further information should read this post 5x01: Sound out of sync from around about the 10:00 mark
Eli Stone1x02: video/audio hiccups at 0.04, 9:06 & 15:24.
ER15x17: Sound out of synch from about 5 minute mark (right after opening credits).
Eureka 1x01: Video glitches at 54:01 & 55:26 4x04: only the 1st 27 minutes are uploaded - it should be approx. 42minutes
Everwood3x11: at 34:32 video goes black and sound disappears, 34:51 sound the returns (still black), video returns at 35:06

The Nanny6x09: The show cuts off in the middle of the show at 12:45 on both EU and US servers. The counter only goes that far on the show and it stops as if it's completed the entire show, but it cuts off in the middle of the show in the middle of a scene. The episode is not a continued episode; it should run around 22 or 23 minutes.
The Office2x01: Audio out of sync for whole episode

The Tudors1x05: At 40:50 the sound goes funny for 5 seconds

This confused me, so maybe it would help to clarify it again. but if it says "No problems reported (so far)" It means that all of the episodes have been watched. If a show is not on the table or if the table says "season 4 needs to be checked" that season is still open for error reporting. That is how it works, right?

Show - Angel Episode - Several season 5 episodes, one of which is episode 11 Server used - The problems seem to be on both servers Problem Details - Several episodes in Season 5 of Angel have issues. Some of them (such as episode 11) are out of sync. In each instance they remain out of sync by a few seconds for the entire video. Others have stranger issues, such as occasionally turning green and fuzzy and having audio skips. Also, during episode 10 (I think it's 10, if not, try 9), for a portion of the video, it does the green fuzzy thing, then the video shrinks so it does not take up the whole frame. It has a thick black border around the whole thing, like when you shrink video size on YouTube videos. Eventually it fixed itself. There may be more problems, I'm only on episode 11 at the moment. Oh, and I think either episode 2 or 3 of season 1 of the show, 24, is out of sync as well.

Well the out of sync issues occur from the very beginning, and at an invariable pace through each affected episode. The green glitch that causes reduced video size occurs in Angel, Season 5, Episode 10, at 17:23 and continue for a few seconds until the size changes. The same glitch occurred in the previous episode, but without the reduced size, so it's really just two seconds of fuzziness in a silent part of the video, so don't worry about it. Ok, I confirmed the green glitch/video size changing problem on both servers on episode 10 of season 5, but I have one question concerning out of sync problems. Would you be able to remember which episodes have out of sync problems from the beginning? Also, you may want to give the time for the green glitch/video size problem for episode 9 of season 5 because I reported a Cold Case problem earlier that happened for 2 seconds and didn't affect the whole episode, yet Torres wanted to report it so if you've got the times for that, I'll confirm it. I've been watching so much episodes per day, I really can't remember which ones had the problems. However you could find out just as easily by playing the first few seconds of each Season 5 episode of Angel. I already listed the possible episodes, so that should narrow it down. Besides, if I was to manually check each of those episodes again, I'd lose 48 points.

Hi, I was watching Angel season 2, episode 17 and I think there is a problem with the EU server one. As soon as it gets to the opening thing, where the music plays, and the actor's names are shown, (around 1 minute 20 seconds in), it just suddenly stops. Please verify that this is a problem. Show - Star Trek Voyager Episode - Season 2, episodes 9 & 11 Server used - both Problem Details - The two episodes are swapped in the order they should be. IE: Episode #9 is "Tattoo", but you have "Maneuvers" there, which is actually #11. When you click on #11, you are showing episode #9. According to Memory Alpha (Star Trek wiki site) and transcipts the episode is all there, we are missing the credits at the end but I do not think that is cause for concern.

stargate atlantis season 5 episode 1 has a small sound problem. in the second half of the show, the sound somehow becomes a little delayed, about 10 minutes later, it becomes fine again. also a 5 second part of the show in the second half of the show is repeated twice for some reason. hope it gets fixed. not major issues with the show tbh, they are viewable and enjoyable but just on the off chance that someone is annoyed, well now they cant get annoyed ^_^

I just checked episode 18 of season 1 of 24 and they worked fine. Are you possibly out of points or something? When the error message said "Access declined." I thought it may have had something to do with on your end. We've probably had this problem before, but all I can think of is lack of points.

I tried ten minutes later and it worked fine, and so did the next one. Now I'm getting the error on episode 20. I am not out of points. Edit: My bad, I just realised I got the episode numbers wrong. The one that didn't work was episode 17, then 18 worked, and then 19 didn't work either, but now it does. Refreshing the episode list and logging in again seems to fix the problem... I think. "Parameters setting error! Access declined" means that your IP address has changed since loading that page, the website therefore thinks something dodgy is happening and produces this message and will not let you access the episodes. Ok took me a while to notice this but when you play the first episode of secret diary of a call girl, the video plays right the begining but there is no sound, and I remember it before when it was on the free site, that it will play the music right away especially since she is talking right at the very begining. the french subtitles are on but no voice.

The error reporting thread is about errors on the VIP website. Barb assumed that you were talking about the episode on the VIP site. There is only one server for www.tv-video.net. Ps I would recommend trying the VIP site its much better

Are you sure you posted the correct episode numbers? I just checked both the episodes you mentioned on both servers - GA 2x21 & 2x22 - and they are two different episodes. Please recheck the numbers in your viewing history so we can fix it if there is a problem. Thank you.

Show - Smallville Episode - Season 6 Episode 3 Server used - Both servers used Problem Details - Sound ahead of the pictures by a second or so making the episode hard to watch, this occurs from the start onwards as far as i know because i didn't watch the full episode yet but the problem becomes apparent a few seconds into the show. another smallville problem season 6 episode 5 voices out of sync with the picture slightly, it isnt as bad as episode 3 but its still there. Show: Star Trek Enterprise Episode: All of Season Three Servers: Both Problem: Each episode starts on a green screen with audio only, about 5 seconds into the green screen I clicked on the screen and a frozen picture will appear. The audio continues without disruption. I stopped the video at about 10 seconds in. I first noticed this problem on episodes S3E7 & 8 then I decided to check all of season 3. They all seem to have the same problem. Thanks.

It is not a problem with a show- but on the homepage when I click on the tab for VIP shows the one with the free shows pops up, when I mouse over the free shows one, nothing happens.

Apparently this is a problem some of the members are having, and at least one of our mods. I myself haven't experienced this problem, but we have made Admin aware of it.

Still happening. Only it seems to be on the SciFi series, Stargate SG1, Atlantis, Farscape, Andromeda are the only ones I have checked so far. American Dad Season 1 & 2 to episode 6 and Sex and the City Season 1 to episode 4 are playing ok so far. That's peculiar. I have watched many Stargate SG1 & Atlantis episodes here, as well as Farscape and have not had any difficulty. I see you have tried other shows which are working for you, but do check our: RealPlayer Troubleshooting Guide (Solutions & Tips) as well as VIP Help!!~ Real Player & Other Problems?? (Easy Tips & Fixes). I noticed in another thread that someone else uses real alternative. I don't know anything about that, but it may be something you would like to check into so you can get the most out of your viewing experience. Everyone's operating systems are a little different, so it doesn't hurt to check into different things that others have found to be effective. Hopefully some of the suggestions in the troubleshooting threads will be of use to you. ~Barb

Stargate Atlantis Season 5 Episode 1 Servers: Both Time: 36:15 (approx.) Video and audio repeat around 10 seconds and then proceeds normally. A minor issue that doesn't bother me in the slightest but you asked for glitches and it is definitely a glitch.

Open the episode in Realplayer (Big R on bottom right of video) and that should fix your problem

I can get all the episodes mentioned (Season 4 Episodes 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Smallville) to load fine on both servers. This must be an error on your side. Do you get any of these error while watching any of the free shows (on the VIP site). To regain any points lost send a pm to Zhang2000 with your viewing history and an explanation of what happened.

Stargate atlantis season 1 episode 1 eu server audio and video go out of sync approx 10 minutes into show and gets worse till the end. the same thing also happened when i watched the second episode on the same server. episode 3 on the eu server loads to 78 percent then comes up with a warning notice and stops loading.

To find out your realplayer version, open up realplayer and click "Help" then "About RealPlayer" on the second line it will say which version you are using (if you are using version 9 then I would suggest upgrading to version 10.5, here is the link). Ps You did not tell me which version of Internet Explorer you are using is 6 or 7?

If you go to my viewing history you'll find that I have to restart every show several times to get through any of them. Now I've tried several types of internet services all the way to high speed wireless and I still can't get through a show without restarting it. You should make sure you are actually watching in Real Player and not just the window that pops up when you click on a show. To watch in RP just click on the small RP icon on the bottom right of the window that pops up and a menu will appear. Click "Play in RealPlayer" or "play in RealPlayer Theater Mode" from the menu. This solves most connection problems for most people. Good luck.

It is the window that is giving me the problem. The little rp icon does not appear. I have a workaround for it right now until i can investigate it more. I copy the url from the initial window and open rp and then open that rl it then gives me another window where i can click on the rp icon and transfer it to rp. Thanks for the help

You are not the only person with that problem (cannot click rp icon) I am currently trying to find a fix for it. Update:I been in contact with Live Support for Real Player (for over half an hour) and the person I was talking to was having the same problems (different site radiotower.com) so I no closer to an answer [ Last edited by 01torres at 8-7-2008 20:57 ]

Show Spooks Episode Season 6 Episode 4 Server US and EU Problem watched Spooks episode first on US server: show is 58:34 but clip only went to 43:36 min:sec, then show stopped. RP bar showed that no more video was available, that is, video truncated. Went to EU server, fast forward to near where video from US server stopped, show stopped at 43:41; again, video truncated. Just in last 3 days have watched S6 episodes 1-3 without problems.
