You have to convert them yourself. Go to your account on the VIP site. Click on "Exchange F$", and choose 200 points, which is what $20 gets you. You could be watching within minutes.Author: stormraven Time: 11-11-2010 11:33
Hey Barb,
Not quite the same problem, but I was wondering if anyone besides me had noticed a significant delay in getting game site points converted to VIP points? I usually see mine converted within 5 days, and it's been over a week. My son told me the other day that he still has a conversion pending from last month. I just assumed the admin team was still busy with upgrades, and was willing to cut them some slack, but maybe it's time to pm LBJ?
