I've tried to watch a number of programs right now, but none are working. They're all giving me a realplayer error... Could you please investigate and see if there's an issue?
Also, I'd appreciate you refunding my account for these programs as I could not watch them but I was still charged...
You may be having issues with your RP, so check the RP troubleshooting thread. Also, if you could be specific about which episode/s you have tried to watch we could test them to see if there is any problem with the upload.
