Hey I live in the UK and I can't get access to the viptv.net website. I keep getting the 404 not found page on both IE and FF... Is the site being upgraded? Or is there a new link?

I don't know about any movie site, just know that I am having no problems with VIP site.

sanggye if you are getting vip can you ask live CS why people in the UK are not getting it thanks

Hi Gary, just tried using a US proxy server which works but the live CS are offline at the mo. Ljb is aware there is an issue. All I can suggest to everyone in UK at least is to use www.tv-video.net The free site is working for myself at least.

I can access via the US too (through my job) and the Live CS is still offline. I'll keep an eye on it. Edit, actually it's working for me on my normal connection (via Ireland) so it must just be a UK thing? [ Last edited by shinny at 10-11-2010 15:13 ]

There is a problem with the site. It is been looked into by the Admin team. We will post more information cause/timescale and such when we know more. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Just to let you know, it seems to be working in Canada - at least where I am. Had no trouble accessing the movie site either.

Are other sites dealing with videos, tv and such working in the UK? I haven't seen any tech news on it, but the site seems to working for people outside the UK, so seems a little strange.

its not working for me too and im in the uk just checked the tabs of the site i already had up and they seem to work fine it seems to come up with 404 error when accessing using the main link. [ Last edited by angel-87 at 10-11-2010 19:07 ]

I tryed old book marks and history strightaway everything to do with the vip site comes up 404 for me

no i just tried it using my history and it didnt work, came up with 404 error message. but i have had tabs open in my browser for days with shows i wanted to catch up on (waiting for points lol) and i just tried one of the tabs and it works and is playing.

Sorry, no ETA on when the problem will be fixed or exactly what it is. Admin is aware of it, but you might as well head to bed. It might be a while longer before we know anything.

It's a temporary issue which is being worked on. If you have purchased unlimited monthly viewing, you can PM lbjedward for reimbursement for lost viewing time.

It's not working here. UK Fibre BT provider, reporting "Sorry, the website viptv.net cannot be found." Using mobile (Three) is working though.

EDIT: this was posted after some Moderator said it's working now, they've since deleted their comment.
