I was watching one episode of a show just fine and when I went to start the next episode all I got was a green screen with sound. I tried different shows and got the same green screen.

You need to clear out your history and check your connection settings. Also make sure you always watch in Realplayer Mode (that's the little R at the bottom right hand corner of the first screen you open)
