Had this problem last night and again today. I tried loading an episode of Castle and just kept getting a black screen saying it was done loading. Then when I tried to close it, it said that my Internet Explorer was not responding. Tried this again with Mozilla Firefox - same problem.

Please reimburse points "spent" on Castle Season 2 - Episode 9 and 10 - I have not been able to load either and will likely try again with possibility of success or no success at this point. Any ideas?

I am as I type playing episode 10 of season 2 without any problems on the US server and episode 9 loaded and started to play without any delay or problem.  You say that you had the message Internet Explorer not responding.  It would seem its a problem with your computer rather than with the show.
