i think English may not be the members first language as the reason why member can't explain but from what i think the member is trying to say that it's not working and there are in Sweden. that as much as i got from the first message

Thank you Bala, but the point is we'd both be guessing. The mad smiley under my asking for more information indicated to me that the member understood what I had said.

I would have to agree with you.....not sure why they could not even in broken English attempt to elaborate further what the issue is.
