tried to watch POI today but nothing worked. tried a different show. no dice. i live in europe--there used to be a EU option but now its only US or HD. I have been able to watch using the US server. But not today. I still have points so that is not the problem. what can I do??

The servers are not geographically based so you don't have to use the EU one in Europe etc. I'm also in Europe and I'm not having any issues with the shows I've watched today. Have you tried to load similar content from another site? Any changes you've recently done on our device? Have you checked your broadband connection?
