Depending on where you live, Bitcoin might be another option to try, aside from the ones Jim posted the link to. Since the credit card gateway has been problematic for some members, the Bitcoin option was added recently. All of them require Admin to manually credit your account, but you get more bang for your buck, so to speak, for the hassle of having to wait.
