You can understand why Maddie got the wrong idea about Thelma's so called womanising ex coming to town with a ring in his pocket but the fact he's gay and about to get married was amusing

Maddie over did it when she invited Arlo's girlfriend's snobby parents to a dinner party and Frank having to play her fake boyfriend was crazy but her mother hitting on Maddie was priceless
