Why oh why does the programme keep freezing so I have to reclick the show loosing further F$

More often than not just refreshing the page works and you shouldn't be charged again for re-clicking the same episode as you have 30 clicks in 24 hours before being charged again

Codebreaker is correct. You might want to check out our Flash Player Trouble Shooting / Helpful Tips Thread. If you are being double-charged, or the error is with the upload, please feel free to seek reimbursement by sending a PM to lbjedward, our Site Administrator. You can see if you have been charged more than once (in the allotted time) by checking your Viewing History on VIPTV.net. The first time you click on an episode it should say how many points were deducted. After that, if you have to click on it again, it should just say PAID, which means you have not been charged again.

To check if others have had a problem with the episode/s you are trying to watch, please check the ERROR REPORTING thread. You can check the list in post #1 there, but it's also a good idea to check the most recent posts in that thread, as they would be most likely to show new errors.

We also have some very helpful members, as you have seen, who are glad to offer assistance or point you in the right direction.
