About Spider-Man
After being bitten by a radioactive spider, young Peter Parker finds that he now has spider-like super powers. Hoping to use his new-found abiilties for wealth and fame, he lets his ego blind him to the needs of others, and indirectly causes the death of his uncle Ben when he refuses to help a police officer catch a fleeing criminal. Humbled by his failure, he resolves to use his talents for fighting crime, and becomes the superhero Spider-Man. While he fights assorted super-villains, Peter also must balance his personal life, including his girlfriend Mary Jane, his job as a photographer at the Daily Bugle, and a an editor who has convinced himself that Spider-man is a criminal that has to be brought down.

Season 1 Episode Guide



Episode 1: Night Of The Lizard
Peter Parker's college science professor, Dr. Curt Conners accidentally becomes the Lizard, a half-man, half-reptile monstrosity that terrorizes Manhattan and kidnaps his own wife. Will Spider-Man be able to defeat the Lizard without harming his friend?

Episode 2: The Spider Slayer (1)
Norman Osborn hires Spencer Smythe to design a machine capable of destroying Spider-Man - the Black Widow Spider Slayer. But when Flash Thompson puts on a Spider-Man costume as a party gag, the deadly machine spots him, and he's carried off in Peter's place.

Episode 3: Return Of The Spider Slayers (2)
With Spencer Smythe dead, his son Alistair turns to the Kingpin to help seek his revenge on Spider-Man and others he deems responsible for his father's death. He captures, Eddie Brock, J. Jonah Jameson, Norman Osborn, and Flash Thompson. He then turns his sights on Spidey and sends three slayers after him. Spidey only manages to hold his ground while fighting them individually. However, he is not so lucky when they combine into a super slayer and carry him off to Smythe. As Spider-Man and J. Jonah Jameson are cuffeed to a bomb, can they put aside their differences before they're blown to bits?

Episode 4: Doctor Octopus: Armed And Dangerous
Dr. Otto Octavius becomes the mad Dr. Octopus when his robotic arms become fused to him in a laboratory accident. He then seeks revenge for the humiliation the Hardy Foundation has caused him. He kidnaps Felicia and holds her ransom. So it is once again, Spidey to the rescue.

Episode 5: The Menace Of Mysterio
The Master of Illusion, Mysterio has fooled the city and J. Jonah Jameson into thinking Spider-Man has turned to crime.

Episode 6: The Sting Of The Scorpion
J. Jonah Jameson hires Dr. Farley Stillwell, who is a genius in genetic engineering, to make a superhero that can defeat Spider-Man. They take Mac Gargan and combine his DNA with a scorpions. However, when The Scorpion thinks he's been turned into a freak, he goes on a rampage. Spider-Man is then forced to step in to stop his created foe.

Episode 7: Kraven The Hunter
Robbie has set Peter up with a job interview with a researcher by the name of Dr. Mariah Crawford. However, when he gets to her lab, he finds her under attack by a monstrous man who deems himself Kraven the Hunter. Threatening Spider-Man by kidnapping Robbie, can Spider-Man rescue Robbie while fighting this beast of a man?

Episode 8: The Alien Costume (1)
A space shuttle piloted by J.J.'s son, John Jameson, crash lands on the George Washington Bridge carrying two strange meteors -- One that could provide a new nuclear fuel and one that contains an alien substance. The first is stolen by the Kingpin's henchman, the Rhino, just as Spider-Man arrives to save Jameson and the co-pilots. When the Rhino sends the aircraft off the bridge, Spider-Man emerges from the water with a dark stain covering his costume. Exhausted, he heads for home, only to awaken hanging from a skyscraper clothed in a black version of his costume.

Episode 9: The Alien Costume (2)
After having a bounty placed on him by Jameson, Spider-Man seeks help from Dr. Curt Connors who discovers that the suit is alive! And Peter is the host organism! However, as he tries to get the Prometheum X back, he crosses paths with the dreaded Shocker.

Episode 10: The Alien Costume (3)
The Kingpin is furious at Spidey and sends the Shocker and later the Rhino out to finish him off with the aid of another new invention of Alistair Smythe. Meanwhile, Eddie Brock, as the symbiote creature Venom, is busy playing cat and mouse with Spider-Man, intruding on Peter's private life and making it clear he knows the web-slinger's secret identity. Peter soon realizes that the pumped-up Eddie as Venom is stronger than he is. Worse than that: Spidey's spider-sense doesn't work around him!

Episode 11: The Hobgoblin (1)
Norman Osborn hires hitman and thief, the Hobgoblin, to take out Osborn's "silent" partner, Wilson Fisk (the Kingpin). When he fails in the attempt, the Hobgoblin changes sides, kidnapping Norman's son, Harry. Can Spider-Man save his friend from the clutches of the Hobgoblin, or will he become the innocent victim of a grudge match between Norman and the Kingpin?

Episode 12: The Hobgoblin (2)
When Aunt May is slightly injured by one of the Hobgoblin's pumpkin bombs during the kidnapping of Harry, Spider-Man enters the fray with a vengeance. After several battles, the trail leads Peter to Oscorp and Harry's own father. For Peter, rescuing his friend is easy compared to explaining to Harry that his own father is involved.

Episode 13: Day Of The Chameleon
An international spy and hitman known as the Chameleon plans to assassinate two major diplomats on the brink of signing the peace proposal of the century. S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury solicits J. Jonah Jameson's assistance in an effort to prevent the "human shape-shifter" from derailing the proposal signing. But only Spider-Man with his super keen "spider-sense" can discern who is really whom and stop the criminal before it's too late.

Season 2 Episode Guide



Episode 1: Neogenic Nightmare (1): The Insidious Six
The Crime Lords, led by Silvermane, are holding The Kingpin accountable for his failure to eliminate Spider-Man. So six of the Wall-Crawler's greatest enemies are called together to do the job: Doctor Octopus, Mysterio, The Scorpion, The Rhino, The Shocker and The Chameleon. Unfortunately, Spidey's powers have been on the blink due to the changes in his blood chemistry.  

Episode 2: Neogenic Nightmare (2): Battle Of The Insidious Six
The six supervillains can't believe their eyes when Spider-Man walks into their trap at the warehouse. But it's obvious why, when they easily overcome and unmask the fraud. Meanwhile, Silvermane and the Crime Lords grow more disenchanted with The Kingpin and want to put him out of business. Kingpin beats them to the punch, kidnapping Silvermane. Can Spider-Man save the day?

Episode 3: Neogenic Nightmare (3): Hydro-Man
Mary Jane is being stalked by her former boyfriend, Morrie Bench, who's undergone an accidental metamorphosis and become Hydro-Man. Sweeping Mary Jane off her feet in a wave of water he insists she will love him. Spider-Man is nearly beaten by the semi-liquid culprit, but with a little help from Mary Jane, can the two put an end to Hydro-Man?

Episode 4: Neogenic Nightmare (4): The Mutant Agenda
Spider-Man's progressing neogenic mutation is making him ill and he seeks the aid of a man known to help all mutants...Dr. Charles Xavier. In doing so he meets the X-Men but is disappointed to learn that Xavier does not 'cure' mutancy, only helps those born that way to accept and control their abilities. In the process of this endeavor, he crosses pathes with Herbert Landon, who plans on destroying mutants everywhere. Will he be able to stop this hideous plan with the help of the X-Men?

Episode 5: Neogenic Nightmare (5): Mutants' Revenge
Wolverine joins Spider-man in the search for Beast. Landon is about to make Beast the first test subject of his new formula, one that could destroy every mutant. Will Wolverine and Spider-Man make it in time to save their blue friend, or will a newly mutated Landon destroy them all?

Episode 6: Neogenic Nightmare (6): Morbius
Dr. Mariah Crawford develops a cure for Spider-man's mutation, but she doesn't want to use an untested serum. Spider-man takes the serum and runs his own test which is stolen by Michael Morbius who runs some test of his own. When his tests go wrong, will Spider-Man actually have to fight a former friend?

Episode 7: Neogenic Nightmare (7): Enter The Punisher
The Punisher comes to New York to deal with the mutating Spider-Man, who has just grown four extra arms, and is also in search for the mutated Morbius who is stealing plasma from people, all while being blamed by the people of New York for all that is happening. Will the Punisher be able to defeat the mutating Spider-Man, or will the hunter become the hunted?

Episode 8: Neogenic Nightmare (8): Duel Of The Hunters
After Spider-Man mutates into the Man-Spider, Dr. Mariah Crawford summons Sergi Kravenoff, better known as Kraven The Hunter, to help her track down Spider-Man and cure him of his mutation with a newly developed antidote. Unfortunately, the Punisher is hot on Spidey's heels. Will the Punisher succeed in destroying Spider-Man in his new mutated form or will Kraven and Dr. Crawford reach him first?

Episode 9: Neogenic Nightmare (11): Tablet Of Time
The Tablet of Time, an ancient artifact said to be able to restore youth, is discovered and brought to New York. There, Dr. Connors will study it. But that isn't the only thing on Connors' agenda, he also has to give Spider-Man daily treatments with the neogenic recombinator to keep him from turning into the Man-Spider again. However, the crime lord Silvermane sends for the tablet to be stolen for him as he plans to use it to restore his youth. Kingpin too wants to use the tablet for his own purposes. As the two crime lords fight for the tablet, who will get it in the end, Kingpin, Silvermane, or Spider-Man.

Episode 10: Neogenic Nightmare (12): Ravages Of Time
As Kingpin and Silvermane fight for control over the Tablet of Time, Silvermane finally wins out in the end. Using the tablet, he is able to be transformed into a young man. Spider-Man, Kinpin's Mega-Slayer, and Dr. Connors, now transformed into the Lizard, attempt to stop him, Tombstone, and Alisa. Will Silvermane triumph, or will his greatest wish be his own downfall?

Episode 11: Neogenic Nightmare (9): Blade, The Vampire Hunter
Spider-Man teams up with Marvel anti-hero Blade the Vampire Hunter to stop Morbius. However, Blade feels there is only one way to deal with Morbius.

Episode 12: Neogenic Nightmare (10): The Immortal Vampire
Blade and Spider-Man are forced to put their differences aside in an attempt to track down Morbius and stop him from transforming everyone into vampires like himself using the Neogenic Recombinator. When Lt. Terri Lee joins the chase, she falls for the moody vampire hunter in the process. As Morbius kidnaps his love Felicia in order to transform her into the first of many vampires, can Spider-Man and Blade work together long enough to defeat Morbius and rescue Felicia.

Episode 13: Neogenic Nightmare (13): Shriek Of The Vulture
Adrian Toomes wants revenge when Norman Osborn attempts to take over his company, Toomes Aerodynamic. He becomes the Vulture and uses his youth stealing talons to help him gain the strength to take out Norman. He is even able to use Debra and Dr. Connors, who work on Neogenics at his own lab due to the Toomes grant, to supply him with youth. Will Spider-Man be able to stop this bird of prey before he turns Norman into bird feed?

Episode 14: Neogenic Nightmare (14): The Final Nightmare
Spider-Man seeks Curt Connors aid to help reverse the aging effects of the Vulture's talons. The Vulture meanwhile sporadically turns into the man-spider from the mutagenics he absorbed with Spidey's youth. At the same time, the Scorpion grabs Dr. Farley Stillwell to seek a cure for his own mutation. With Doc Connors in the middle, feeling the onset of his own his reptilian transformation, will everyone be cured in time for Peter to meet up with Mary Jane as she confronts her wayward father???

Episode 4: Sins of the Fathers: Enter The Green Goblin
Harry's father Norman Osborn disappears after an explosion at his chemical plant. Spidey's search for his friend's father one way or another meets with complications. Namely an airborne fiend who calls himself the Green Goblin!

Episode 5: Sins of the Fathers: The Rocket Racer
While a gang of jet-pack wearing thieves run by Jackson Weele, an ex-pilot in a rampaging gyro-wheel plunder the city, Peter tries to deal with his alter-ego giving him competition with Felicia. Meanwhile, a good kid with a criminal record, Robert Farrell, tries to help his ailing mother by using his science-savvy and the gang's technology to arm himself as The Rocket Racer. Will the Rocket Racer return to his criminal past, or will he be an ally to Spidey?

Episode 6: Sins of the Fathers: Framed
Peter is framed for a crime he didn't commit and it's up to blind lawyer Matt Murdock to prove his innocence, who is also known as the Man without Fear, Daredevil.

Episode 7: Sins of the Fathers: The Man Without Fear
Spidey and Daredevil manage to recover the disk that can clear Peter Parker's name. However when Matt Murdock hands the disk over to the FBI, Det. Terry Lee discovers Agent Choi may not be working for the right side when she hands it over to Richard Fisk. After learning that Aunt May is in the hospital, Peter risks his life to go visit her, but he and Mary Jane are kidnapped when the Chameleon disguises himself as Anna Watson. With Peter and the disk in the hands of the Kingpin, Daredevil must stop the criminal mastermind and clear Peter's name.

Episode 8: Sins of the Fathers: The Ultimate Slayer
Worried that Kingpin is going to eliminate him after the botched framing of Peter Parker, Alistair Smythe arranges a meeting with Spider-Man to give him information about Kingpin. However, when Spidey arrives, he discovers Smythe has been turned into a cyborg. Part man, part machine, he is now the ultimate spider-slayer! However, when his programming malfunctions, he goes after the man he feels responsible for his father's death...Norman Osborn! Peter must fight a crazed Smythe, as well as his feelings when he discovers Mary Jane, the woman he loves, and Harry, his best friend, are engaged!

Robbie Robertson is losing his son, Randy, to a gang of thugs lead by Tombstone. When this harder-than-stone hit man tries to use his history with Robbie to kill a story about his new boss, Alicia Silvermane, he runs afoul of Spider-Man. Both discover Robbie's bond with his child and his ethical resolve is mightier.

Episode 10: Sins of the Fathers: The Spot
Ex-employee of Stark Industries, Dr. Jonathan Ohn, invents a portable interdimensional technology that accidentally makes him the living embodiment of a portal. Calling himself the Spot, he tries to steal money to fund his research. But his unstable invention has created a vortex that threatens to engulf New York. How can Spider-Man fight that?

Episode 11: Sins of the Fathers: Venom Returns
Under the psychiatric care of Dr. Kafka, Eddie Brock has come to believe that Venom is a figment of his imagination. Then Baron Mordo tempts Eddie -- reunification with the alien symbote that makes him as powerful as Venom.

Episode 12: Sins of the Fathers: Carnage
Spider-Man and Venom must put aside their differences and help Iron Man stop Carnage and Baron Mordo from releasing Dormammu.

Peter Parker and Mary Jane are finally a couple, but there happiness is short-lived as the Green Goblin, armed with a time distorter and the true identity of Spider-Man, seeks to destroy Spidey, by any means necessary.

Episode 1: Partners In Danger: Guilty
Spider-Man captures a gang of thieves, and it looks like Robbie Robertson is their leader! Peter Parker and J. Jonah Jameson must team up to try to clear Robbie's name. But while Jameson returns to the skills he had as an Investigative Reporter, Peter must keep him safe from Tombstone. At the bottom of the whole plot is Richard Fisk, but can Spidey find the right clues to clear Robbie in time?

Episode 2: Partners In Danger: The Cat
Doctor Octopus is blackmailing the mother of Felicia Hardy, and she begins to realize that her family has some dark secrets. Some snooping in the Daily Bugle files by Peter, and a confession by Anastasia Hardy, reveal that Felicia's father was really the Cat Burglar, a thief who got rich from the gains of an enormous heist. The Kingpin joins forces with Doc Ock to spring Hardy from jail, as Hardy holds the secret to the 1940s "Super Soldier" formula that created Captain America! To make sure the Cat Burglar cooperates, Kingpin kidnaps Felicia.

Episode 3: Partners In Danger: The Black Cat
Felicia Hardy, now transformed into the Black Cat, is blackmailed into working for Kingpin, until he can replicate more of the "Super Soldier" serum.

Episode 4: Partners In Danger: The Return Of Kraven
When a savage creature begins attacking people in New York, Black Cat tries to convince Spider-Man that he needs her help to stop it. All clues point to the creature being Kraven The Hunter, but sleuthing by Debra Whitman, Flash Thompson, and the Black Cat solves the case. The beast, Calypso, is related to Kraven, but the Hunter wants to capture and cure her.

Episode 5: Partners In Danger: Partners
While settling in to her new role as a hero, the Black Cat is captured by Allistair Smythe, now working for Silvermane, who is trapped in the body of a baby. Smythe delivers Spidey an ultimatum: capture the Scorpion or the Vulture within 24 hours or the Black Cat dies...

Episode 6: Partners In Danger: The Awakening
Deborah Whitman has located Morbius, the Living Vampire, and brings him back to ESU to work on a cure. Just before leaving town, Felicia hears of this and uses the trip as an excuse to stay behind as the Black Cat. Together with Spidey and Whistler, she has to take on Herbert Landon and the Shocker in order to save Morbius from himself.

Episode 7: Partners In Danger: The Vampire Queen
There's a new Vampire in town, but Morbius is getting all the blame. Just as Spidey, Black Cat, Whistler and Morbius have the Vampire Queen trapped, Blade bursts in and prevents her destruction. His revelation sets the others against him, while the queen attempts to create an army of vampires. Is there a hidden connection between Blade and this Vampire Queen, or does Blade know something about her that the others don't?

Episode 8: Partners In Danger: The Return Of The Green Goblin
Harry Osborn is haunted by dreams of his father, the Green Goblin, and Spider-Man. The Goblin visits him and guides him to the Goblin formula and weapons. Meanwhile, the Punisher promises Anna Watson that he will find Mary Jane, and top of his list of suspects is...Peter Parker?!

Episode 9: Partners In Danger: The Haunting Of Mary Jane Watson
Mary Jane is back, and has got the lead role in a major film. But when filming starts, all hell breaks lose, and Mary Jane vanishes from the studio. Spidey must fight to ensure that he doesn't lose Mary Jane again, even if it means teaming up with Mysterio.

Episode 10: Partners In Danger: The Lizard King
Peter and Mary Jane get engaged! The happy couple goes to ask Dr. Connors if he'll give away the bride, not knowing that he's been fighting against the return of the Lizard. While they are talking to him, three more humanoid lizards attack and kidnap Dr. Connors. With the Lizard taking over and Spider-Man captured, Margaret Connors, Mary Jane Watson, and Debra Whitman will have to save the day!

Episode 11: Partners In Danger: The Prowler
Upon returning to his new apartment, Peter is confronted by the Prowler. Revealing himself to be Hobie Brown, he tells Peter that he knows about Peter's connection to Spiderman! And what does the Kingpin have to do with it all?

Red Skull reveals his Doomsday Weapon, the powerful Electro. Can Spidey and the Six American Warriors stop Electro and his battle robots?

Episode 7: The Return Of Hydro-Man (1)
Mary Jane and Peter arrive in Niagara Falls for their postponed honeymoon, but it is soon interrupted when Hydro-Man returns and kidnaps MJ!

Episode 8: The Return Of Hydro-Man (2)
Peter is shocked by MJ's new powers so they seek Curt Conners' help in figuring everything out. MJ tells them about a dream she's been having, which may be a clue to her disappearance. But Hydro-Man finds them and kidnaps MJ again. Will Spidey be able to find her by following the clues from her dream?

Episode 9: Secret Wars: Arrival
Spider-Man is transported to an alien world, where he meets the Beyonder, a being who wants to see if good is stronger then evil. He then summons a group of the greatest villains from Earth to this world and tells Spider-Man to put together a group of heroes to fight them, and save the planet.

Episode 10: Secret Wars: The Gauntlet Of The Red Skull
Spider-Man summons the Black Cat from earth, who despite her anger at being kidnapped, decides to help him fight the villains on the alien planet. The heroes must defeat the Red Skull, Doctor Octopus, and Allistair Smythe's robots while protecting a group of rebels, who are trying to take their planet back.

Episode 11: Secret Wars: Doom
Dr. Doom reverts The Thing to his human form and holds the other heroes prisoner. In an attempt to free his friends, The Thing tells Dr. Doom about the Beyonder. Doom then steals the Beyonder's powers, but they begin manifesting themself in the form of creatures from Dr. Doom's dreams.

Episode 12: Spider Wars: I Really, Really Hate Clones
Spider-Man finds himself in yet another dimension, where he meets .... himself!

Episode 13: Spider Wars: Farewell, Spider-Man
Spider-Man is sent through several dimensions trying to fix time and seal away Spider-Carnage. Peter meets his would be girlfriend Gwen Stacey and Stan Lee.
