this is a new problem and I am lost as to how to repair it.

Does anyone know how to bypass this issue?

I have just logged onto the site by copying & pasting the first part of the link you posted in your message. It brought me straight to the site. Try doing what was suggested to you to s ee if that clears things up if you haven't already.

I also did what Trulee suggested.....and it worked with no probs Hope ur problem is resolved.
